DENVER - The second of three men accused of breaking into Englewood High School, setting several small fires and causing thousands of dollars in damage to a computer room has been sentenced.
Prosecutors said 29-year-old Chad David Delgadillo was sentenced to five years of probation after already serving 90 days in jail. He pleaded guilty to burglary and arson charges stemming from the Jan. 12 vandalism.
Delgadillo's co-defendant, 23-year-old Michael Alan Trickel, previously was sentenced to five years of probation. He and Delgadillo have been ordered to pay more than $201,000 in restitution to the Englewood School District and perform 1,000 hours of community service.
A third defendant, 26-year-old Anthony Ryan Meany, is set to appear in court later this month.
Police shared surveillance video from the crime in their search for the suspects, and thanked the public for assisting them in their investigation.
