FORT COLLINS, Colo. - An 11-year-old Fort Collins girl saw a man in a dark green SUV expose himself to her Tuesday, according to a police report.
The report says that the girl was walking her dog in the 100 block of Sylvan Street when the suspect pulled up next to her in a small SUV with tinted rear windows and exposed himself.
The suspect was described as a light-skinned black or medium-skinned Hispanic male in his 30s who is short and slightly overweight.
At the time, he wore a grey beanie-style hat and a grey shirt with red stripes.
Fort Collins police are investigating the incident and have released a composite sketch of the man.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact Officer Rob Knab at 970-221-6555.
Police have also requested that parents talk to children about dealing with strangers if they are approached and the importance of reporting any incident to an adult immediately. Child safety tips can be found on the Fort Collins Police Department website.
