Boulder mobile home park barricade situation; 3 taken out in cuffs

BOULDER, Colo. - Boulder Police were involved in a 3-hour barricade at a mobile home park on Butte Street, northwest of Valmont Road and Airport Road, on Saturday.

Police dispatch told 7NEWS a man was barricaded inside a home there.

A Daily Camera reporter, Mitchel Byars, tweeted that the SWAT team was called to the scene at about 2:30 p.m. and police sent in a remote-controlled robot to get a better idea of what they were dealing with.

Between 5 and 5:30 p.m., Byars said police brought out two people in handcuffs.  The standoff lasted about 3 hours, he said.
