Man accused of setting fire to car with woman, child inside

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Two women are recovering from burn injuries after a suspect on the run allegedly set fire to a car with the victims inside. 

Officers in El Paso County are on the hunt for Consepcion Rascon Jr., 36, who they believe doused a car in a flammable fluid after getting into an argument with a woman inside. 

Rascon allegedly then set fire to the car, which had both the woman and a child inside. The fire prompted a call to police just before 5 p.m. on Sunday.  

An arrest warrant for Rascon names charges of attempted first-degree murder, second-degree arson, child abuse and domestic violence.
