Llama Drama: Police called in when llama decides to stroll campus of Trinidad State Junior College

TRINIDAD, Colo. - There was some llama drama at Trinidad State Junior College Wednesday morning when a llama was spotted walking around the Trinidad campus.

School officials say the Trinidad Police Department was called in to assist with removing the llama, because it wouldn't let anyone near it.

Officers attempted to round up the animal, but it trailed off on its own towards the western edge of the city limits.

The llama was then seen heading up into the foothills, according to the school.

It's unclear who the animal belongs to.
