List of shelters for Colorado families evacuated because of historic flooding

DENVER - Statewide, 26 shelters have taken in a population of 1,872 people across 15 Colorado counties affected by historic flooding.

Large Animal Shelter: Douglas County Fairgrounds and Events Center

INFO: Evacuation population:  32 horses, 38 goats, 7 sheep from Commerce City. Arrangements are being made to transport these animals back to Adams County Fairgrounds today.
