CASTLE ROCK, Colo. - The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says a woman who was a victim in an attempted homicide case has been found safe.

Lisa Christine Coletti had not been at work since Jan. 24.  Co-workers reported her disappearance on Tuesday.

The sheriff's office said she had been a victim in an attempted homicide case in Adams County but they didn't think her disappearance was related to the case.  They had asked for the public's help in locating her.

The sheriff's office later canceled its alert for Coletti, saying she was found safe at about 9 p.m.
