Lime Gulch Fire road closures lifted

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. - All road closures for the Lime Gulch Fire in Jefferson County were lifted at noon on Tuesday.

The Lime Gulch Fire started one week ago near Pine, Reynolds Park, Chair Rocks and Cathedral Spires.

The fire burned 511 acres. Full containment was announced Sunday.

At one point there were about 255 firefighters battling the fire, in addition to three tankers and two helicopters.

No homes were damaged, officials said.
