DENVER – Sorry, Justin Bieber fans—the pop star won’t be performing on Aug. 12 at Sports Authority Field after he canceled the rest of his Purpose World Tour “due to unforeseen circumstances.”
Bieber had been set to perform Saturday, Aug. 12 in Denver, but his publicists said Monday he wouldn’t be performing the rest of the tour.
According to the Associated Press, his publicists released a statement saying Bieber “loves his fans and hates to disappoint them.”
Sports Authority Field said tickets for the Denver concert would be “refunded at the point of purchase,” meaning people will have to get refunds from the place they originally bought their tickets.
Ticketmaster purchases will be refunded automatically, Sports Authority Field said, and tickets purchased at the stadium’s box office can be refunded at the box office. If you bought tickets with a credit card, you’ll have to bring the same card to be refunded.
The stadium said it was “unable to refund any tickets other than those purchased in person at the box office.”
Bieber has played more than 150 shows in six continents over the past 18 months, according to the AP.
