Johnstown woman who said she gave alcohol to minor sentenced in fatal Longmont DUI crash

GREELEY, Colo. - A Johnstown woman who said she served alcohol to a minor has been sentenced in a DUI crash that killed the teen.

The Greeley Tribune reports Elizabeth Costisick, 31, was sentenced Thursday to two years of probation. She also must wear an ankle monitor for six months, complete 80 hours of community service and attend a Mothers Against Drunk Driving impact panel.

Costisick, who worked at a Johnstown bar, was accused of serving 19-year-old Waylon Ehrlich, of Milliken, on April 14, 2012. The teen crashed his pickup later that night near Longmont.

As part of Costisick's plea deal, prosecutors dismissed three other counts of providing alcohol to a minor.
