LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. - Interstate 25 has reopened in both directions from Wellington, Colorado to the Wyoming border. The road was closed on Tuesday morning for more than two hours because of winter driving conditions.

"Snowing with icy road conditions," the Colorado State Patrol's Larimer County division Tweeted out. "Strong gusty winds making driving very hazardous."

A photo from CSP showed a car that had spun out and was blocking both lanes at 7:30 a.m.
