Home depot is now hiring variety of associate jobs.
The giant retailer announced that it will have 80,000 associate job openings nationwide and 14, 00 of those jobs will be opening in Denver.
Lakewood Home Depot’s store manager Brian Rose says it’s all because the chain gets busy in the spring season which starts from March till July.
“Spring season is in about 5 weeks so we are looking for the applicants right now to start applying,” said Depot store manager, Brian Rose.
These job openings have doubled since last year. Rose says it’s all due to the continuous growth of the Denver area.
“With the increase of the home improvement in Denver and increase of the sales in all of our stores we need to hire more associates,” said Rose.
Those interested can apply via the store’s website or at the store. The openings are expected to go fill up fast since last year the 1200 jobs had 3000 applicants.
