Great news for bicyclists, Glenwood Canyon bike path is now completely reopen.

The path from Shoshone to Hanging Lake has been closed for several weeks due to high water.

Colorado Department of Transportation crews were able to complete maintenance work and remove debris from the path and reopened it Monday.

The path was also closed from Siloam Springs to Bair Ranch, but crews were able to get that portion reopen last week.

In order to maintain pathway safety, CDOT is reminding cyclists and pedestrians to obey all warning and closure signs while on the path.
