Girl, 7, has positive message about Down syndrome that is taking over the Internet

Millions have been inspired by a young girl with Down syndrome after she and her mother released a video on Facebook detailing the sometimes misunderstood disease. 

Jennifer Sanchez and her daughter Sofia have touched the lives of over 6.5 million people who watched the video, in which Sofia says she has a love for life and does not fear the disability. 

According to Sofia in the adorable video, Down syndrome is "not scary at all" and she still has an exciting life. 

Part of that is sure to be on her family, which is embracing and supportive of the 7-year-old. 

Sanchez and her family adopted Sofia from the Ukraine when she was 16-months-old. Her family allows her to pursue her favorite activities like dancing, acting and soccer.
