Denver - Get your gorilla gear on to help make a difference.
The Denver gorilla fun run aims to fund the mountain gorilla conservation fund. Participants dress in full gorilla costume, from head gear down to the banana accents.
The run takes place Saturday, Oct. 27. It begins at 18th and Wynkoop. Registration starts at 9 a.m., with the race beginning at 11 a.m.
For $99.95, you get to keep your costume and donate to a good cause. Returning gorillas and kids cost $50.
