8:32 a.m. — A Xcel Energy spokesperson said the company is still investigating the cause of the outage, but most customers have their power back on. 

8 a.m. — An Xcel Energy power outage is affecting 10,783 ​​​​​​customers in the area northwest of Cherry Creek State Park. RTD is reporting that the outage is affecting train signals between Yale Avenue and Belleview Avenue for stations E, F, H and R lines. Trains are moving, but are about 10 to 15 minutes behind schedule. Greenwood Village said this outage is also affecting the area around Cherry Creek High School and Cherry Creek Educational Service Building. The traffic signals are out at Campus Drive and Chenenago Avenue at Yosemite.
