BOULDER, Colo. - Thursday's Spring storm is already causing high water problems in Boulder.
The city of Boulder closed the Boulder Creek path at 30th Street at 8:30 a.m. because of flooding.
A tweet from the city said detours were in place.
A photo from the area showed the water was at least two feet deep under the bridge.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency is warning that many people are at risk for spring flooding.
FEMA is recommending that residents have an evacuation plan, put an emergency kit together, and keep important papers and valuables in a safe, dry place.
