DENVER, Colo. -- Summer thunderstorms caused some flooding in metro-area counties late Tuesday evening.
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for multiple counties, including Denver Tuesday night.
The warning expired at 8:45 p.m.
At 7:08 p.m., the weather service said thunderstorms had dropped heavy rain across the area. Up to 1.5 inches in some neighborhoods.
Several Denver7 crews tweeted out video of the heavy rain coming down across the metro.
