DENVER -- The family of the man who died after falling 60 feet at Sports Authority Field at Mile High is speaking out after Monday’s incident.
The family of Jason Coy, 36, said they are devastated. Coy was a devoted father and husband, a release sent to the media read Thursday.
Coy died hours after falling over a railing he was sliding down during Monday’s game against Houston.
Coy was an ardent Denver Broncos’ fan, who had four season tickets and a garage filled with Broncos posters and team memorabilia.
The family has asked the media to respect their privacy while they deal with the shock of the loss.
