If we had a dislike button, we'd hit it for this news -- Facebook went down on Friday morning.
For millions around the world, the social media powerhouse stopped uploading pictures and allowing updates around 10 a.m. MT. Some users were able to start posting again around 10:30 a.m., but others were still having issues at 10:45 a.m.
During the outage, some users posting an update got a graphic showing the site was processing, others got a message that said "Sorry, something went wrong."
A search of the hashtag #Facebook on Twitter, showed people in a variety of languages talking about the outage.
@MicahGrimes on Twitter, the social media editor for ABC News, tweeted that the FB developers portal said, "Facebook is currently experiencing an issue ... Our engineers detected the issue quickly and are working to resolve."
The jokes about the outage started quickly:
