ESTES PARK, Colo – An Englewood woman was found dead near a trailhead at Rocky Mountain National Park on Tuesday.
Rangers said they responded to the area of the North Inlet Trailhead to conduct a welfare check and found the body of Teresa Sajsa, 59, near Tonahutu Creek. Her vehicle was in the trailhead’s parking area.
Park officials said the Grand County Coroner’s office will determine how Sajsa died.
Sajsa’s death is the second this week at Rocky Mountain National Park. Rangers said an off-duty volunteer died in a fall on Wednesday.
