DENVER - Denver International Airport says Dunkin' Donuts plans to open two locations at the airport in the next few months.
Currently, there are three Dunkin' Donuts locations in Colorado, but they're all in Colorado Springs.
The DIA locations will be on Concourse A and at the 45-minute waiting area just outside the airport. The waiting area location will open in September. The A Concourse location is scheduled to open in the fall.
Earlier this year, Dunkin' Donuts announced it is partnering with three franchisees to open 30 locations across the metro area between 2013 and 2018.
"There can never be too many locations," said a Dunkin' Donuts spokeswoman.
Dunkin' Donuts started in 1950 as a place for coffee and donuts. Now it's expanded its menu to offer bagels, muffins, sandwiches, hash browns and more.
