One person died after a crash at West 12th Avenue and Knox Court in Denver early Monday morning.

Debris from the crash was spread over 150 yards, according to Denver7 Reporter Jason Gruenauer.

Police think the Range Rover was heading down Knox, jumped a curb, hit part of a bridge, sheared off a street sign on the corner, took out a fire hydrant and then a tree. The Range Rover flipped and hit a fence, narrowly missing a house.

Police believe both speed and alcohol were factors in the crash, Gruenauer reported.
