DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. – A missing 16-year-old boy who was considered at-risk was found safe, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office tweeted Monday night.
Authorities were concerned after a car linked to Devan Romero, 16, was found abandoned just miles from where he was last seen in Douglas County Monday morning.
The teen has cognitive disabilities and does not know how to drive, deputies say.
No other details related to the case were released.
