BUFFALO CREEK, Colo. – The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a woman who went missing while hiking in the Lost Creek Wilderness.
Sharon Ann Davis, 75, was last seen around 2 p.m. Friday just south of the shafthouse on the Goose Creek Trail.
Deputies said Davis may have “diminished” cognitive abilities.
Davis is described as a white woman, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a camouflage shirt, green pants and white shoes. She also was carrying a camouflage backpack.
Deputies ask that anyone with information on Davis call 303-271-0211 or call 911 if she is located.
