Denver prosecutors will no longer charge those 21 and older with less than an ounce and will review pending cases for possible dismissal.

Routt County District Attorney Brett Barkey said he planned to meet with senior staff members Thursday to decide whether to proceed with prosecuting pending petty marijuana cases.
Grand Junction police officers have been told to stop issuing ounce-or-less marijuana tickets, according to police documents obtained by The Daily Sentinel.
But Weld County District Attorney Ken Buck said Thursday his office wouldn't drop possession cases, citing obligation to the law and helping addicts find treatment.
