Denver police search for suspect who jumped out and ran away after rear-ending police car
Officer was not injured in collision

DENVER - Denver police are looking for a young driver who hit a police car before jumping out of his own vehicle and running away.
Police department spokeswoman Raquel Lopez said the vehicle was rear-ended at approximately 7:20 a.m. near 19700 E. 47th Pl.
Lopez said the officer in the cruiser was not injured and tried to chase the suspect. The officer wasn't able to catch him.
The suspect is described as a juvenile black male, Lopez said.
