A Denver7 reporter helped police catch a suspect they were looking for after a burglary at a marijuana dispensary early Wednesday morning.
Denver Police shut down streets near 6th Avenue and Federal Boulevard while they searched for a group of burglars.
The burglars hit a dispensary on Bryant Street and then ran to a maintenance facility for Denver Public Schools, according to police.
Officers set up a perimeter and brought out a K-9 to search the area.
Denver7 Photojournalist Daryl Orr was at the scene and helped police find one of the suspects.
Orr saw a man hiding under a bush and told officers, who took the man into custody.
Officers are still looking for three or four other people.
Police reopened the streets just before 6 a.m.
