DENVER – Police in Denver are investigating an officer-involved shooting the wounded one person in the northeast area of the city Friday night. Police say no officers were injured.
The shooting occurred around 9 p.m. in the 4700 block of Kingston Street near the Montbello Neighborhood. It's not clear what led up to the shooting.
Paramedics transported one person to the hospital with a gunshot wound. The injury doesn't appear to be life-threatening, police tweeted. Police have not identified the injured party.
No other details were immediately available.
