DENVER - Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Adam Gase has pulled himself out of consideration for the head coaching job with the Cleveland Browns, 7SPORTS anchor Lionel Bienvenu reported.
Bienvenu said Gase is fully focused on winning the Super Bowl.
There were several head coaching jobs available after the season ended. However, the Browns are the only team that have not filled the position.
CBS Sports reported that Gase originally was not planning to enter the head coaching fray until 2015, after spending another season growing as a coordinator.
Cleveland.com reported Saturday that Gase was leaning toward remaining in Denver because he loves his job and relished the idea of spending a second season as Peyton Manning's offensive coordinator.
