Dense fog could be a problem on all the major interstates during the Monday morning commute.
There is a dense fog advisory in effect throughout the Denver metro area until 9 a.m.
Visibility is down to a quarter mile or less in spots, according to 7NEWS Meteorologist Kirsten Horne.
The fog at Parker Rd. and Interstate 225 was as "thick as pea soup," 7NEWS Reporter Tyler Lopez tweeted early Monday morning.
The advisory stretches from Parker and Littleton north to the Wyoming border, and from the Foothills all the way east to the Kansas border.
