Police say the driver who caused a deadly, head-on crash was driving on a revoked license.
Investigators said Javier Orona-Berumen, 47, crossed a double yellow line Sunday night at 37th Street & 65th Avenue in Evans, causing the head-on crash.
Orona-Berumen died.
A passenger in his car was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The other driver who was hit in the crash was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Orona-Berumen was driving on a revoked license and was listed as a habitual traffic offender, according to the Evans Police Department.
Investigators said alcohol is suspected as a cause of the crash.
