LEADVILLE, Colo. -- Investigators are looking into allegations of officer misconduct after a video of a Leadville arrest surfaced.

Investigators from the Fifth Judicial District Attorney’s Office received the video of the Feb. 24 arrest on Tuesday. It was posted to YouTube by Jeanette Cayetano.

The cell phone video shows Lake County Sheriff's Office deputies inside a Leadville home with a man and a woman in handcuffs.

The video opens with deputies physically restraining the man facedown on the ground. The woman is cuffed and sitting on a chair in the kitchen.

WARNING: The following video contains explicit language.

The woman filming the scene is heard screaming at the deputies to stop and is demanding that they do not have the right to be there because they don’t have a warrant.

The videographer is told by deputies on multiple occasions to clear the area, but she continues to insist that the deputies have no right being inside the house.

The circumstances under which the deputies were inside the home are unknown, but a deputy is heard telling the woman recoding the video that they were called to the residence.

The DA's office said opening the investigation does not imply any wrongdoing by the deputies involved.
