BOULDER, Colo. - The University of Colorado student, who was shot by Boulder police following a standoff last week, will be charged with felony menacing, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and theft of less than $50.
Boulder District Court Judge Judith LaBuda signed an arrest warrant Monday for 23-year-old Coleman Stewart. The Daily Camera reports bond has been set at $10,000 (http://bit.ly/1htE906).
Stewart remains hospitalized at Boulder Community Health. When he is cleared for release, he will have to report to the Boulder County Jail or post bond.
Stewart was shot multiple times by Boulder police officers early Friday morning, reportedly after he was involved in a dispute over cab fare.
According to Boulder police, Stewart got into a disagreement with a cab driver who alleged Stewart attempted to flee without paying.
