CU Police investigating possible sex assault

Vicim attacked while walking across campus

BOULDER, Colo. - The University of Colorado police are investigating a possible sex assault on campus early Saturday morning.

Police said a female student reported she was walking home at 12:45 a.m. when she became separated with her two friends.

The victim says she lost her friends near the Center For Community where she began walking with three unknown males.

Police said the victim says her next memory was of waking up partially clothed. She was helped back to her residence hall at about 2 a.m. by a pair of female students.

Police said they are still determining if a sex assault occurred.
