FORT COLLINS, Colo. - A Colorado State University student shot by police during a call in which he allegedly pointed a gun at them faces charges after being released from a hospital.
The Coloradoan reports Wednesday that 24-year-old Jordan Tyler Koehn was arrested Monday. He faces charges of felony menacing and misdemeanor use of a weapon while drunk.
Police say officers went to Koehn's apartment last month after his family reported that he was drunk and suicidal. Authorities say a police officer shot Koehn four times after he pointed a gun at them.
Koehn was in the intensive care unit for days at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. He's due in court Thursday.
