CSU president's new 5-year contract includes raise

FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Colorado State University President Tony Frank is getting a raise with his new five-year contract.

The CSU System Board of Governors said Friday that it has approved the new contract. It will give Frank a base salary of $450,000 this year, with $25,000 increases set for 2015 and 2016.

His previous salary was $392,000. Frank's previous five-year contract had been scheduled to run through 2014.

The new five-year contract is retroactive to this past Jan. 1 and runs through the end of 2017.
