COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A man accused of a crime spree in Colorado Springs was arrested Tuesday night after he drove home.
Colorado Springs Police said they got a call at 7:19 p.m. that a man had been punched and robbed at gun point. The victim said the suspect had an assault rifle.
Minutes later, police said there was another robbery, about a mile away, involving a man with an assault rifle. That victim was injured and taken to the hospital, police said.
As the suspect left the second location, he allegedly walked up to a car pulling in the parking lot, opened the door, took a woman's purse and cell phone, and left.
Officers were then called to a store near the Citadel Mall where a man reportedly tried to steal several items from a store, shattered the glass door to the business and threatened to run an employee over.
Officers said they followed the suspect's vehicle two miles until it stopped at a home.
Officers said they arrested Noe Robledo-Flores, 22, at that home on suspicion of multiple counts of aggravated robbery, multiple counts of felony menacing, first degree burglary, second degree assault, theft by receiving, criminal mischief, DUI and eluding.
Police said Robledo-Flores was wanted in an unrelated case involving additional violent crimes.
