DENVER - A house in Denver caught fire Tuesday morning -- for the second time in just over a month.
The fire broke out at 1480 S. Bellaire St. early Tuesday morning. That's near S. Colorado Blvd. and Florida Ave.
Firefighters got the call at 5:52 a.m. The brick house and a shed behind it were on fire when crews arrived, according to the Denver Fire Department.
The shed and the house are far enough apart that is it is likely the fire did not spread from one structure to the other, according to Mark Watson with Denver Fire.
The home was vacant and in the process of being renovated, Watson said.
There was an electrical cord from the meter to the house, so investigators do not believe wind or power line problems were a factor.
Investigators are working to determine how the fire started.
A fire broke out at the same address on Feb. 14. The cause of that fire is also still under investigation.
