DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. - Two different crashes on southbound Interstate 25 in Douglas County delayed thousands of drivers on Thanksgiving Day.
The first crash happened around 11 a.m. at exit 167 near Greenland and closed all the southbound lanes for about 90 minutes.
The Colorado State Patrol said the crash involved multiple vehicles, but did not know if there were injuries.
That crash was cleared by 12:30 p.m.
Around 2 p.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation was reporting another crash in the southbound lanes of I-25 at mile marker 177.
That crash did not close the highway, but did take about 30 minutes to clean up.
