One semi rear-ended another, shutting down the southbound lanes of Interstate 25 in Berthoud early Monday morning.
One man was hurt and went to the hospital, according to the Colorado State Patrol.
The highway was expected to open at 7 a.m., the Colorado Department of Transportation tweeted. However, it took crews until about 10 a.m. to reopen one lane.
Traffic was already backed up to Johnson's Corner at 5 a.m., 7NEWS Traffic Anchor Jayson Luber reported.
