LOVELAND, Colo. - A head-on crash between two box trucks closed southbound Interstate 25 in Loveland for more than four hours.
The crash occurred at about 11 a.m. at milemarker 260, Highway 392, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
Witnesses told 7NEWS an Allied moving truck and another vehicle collided on northbound I-25. That crash then caused the driver of the Allied truck to lose control, go across the median and crash head-on into a white box truck on southbound I-25.
The cable barrier failed to stop the Allied truck from crossing median.
7NEWS photographer Major King said the crash was about a quarter mile south of Airport Boulevard.
