ERIE, Colo. – Highway 52 is closed in both directions due to a crash near East County Line Road north of Erie.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at about 7:30 a.m. Monday.
It wasn’t immediately clear if anyone was hurt in the crash, but video footage from the crash scene showed serious damage to both vehicles.
Westbound traffic on Highway 52 was stopped at Weld County Road 3 and eastbound traffic was stopped at County Line Road while officers investigated. As of noon Monday, all lanes of traffic were back open.
