DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. - The coroner has identified a 4-year-old boy who drowned at Chatfield Reservoir on Saturday.
Littleton Fire Rescue was called about a child in the water at about 5:30 p.m. The child was pulled from the water and taken by ambulance to Littleton Adventist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said.
Douglas County Coroner Lora Thomas identified the victim as Andres Patrick Sena, of Littleton. Thomas said the cause of death was determined to be drowning, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.
The Sheriff’s Office continues its investigation into the boy's death.
