DENVER - Former Columbine High School and CU football player Ryan Miller has tweeted a photo of his new contract with the Denver Broncos.
Miller was drafted in the fifth round of the 2012 draft by the Cleveland Browns.
He played in eight games his rookie year, according to NFL.com.
Miller was at training camp for his second season in July when he sustained a concussion during a blocking drill.
The injury was so serious, Miller had to be carted from the field. He was cut by the Browns a few weeks later.
Tuesday, he tweeted a photo showing a NFL player contract between himself and the Denver Broncos.
The Broncos said Miller was signed to a future contract. He will officially join the club’s roster on March 11, 2014.
