Colorado State football coach Greg Lupfer apologizes for outburst against Washington State QB

Colorado State University's defensive line coach was caught on camera saying what appears to be an anti-gay slur.

There is no audio on the video, but it looks like Greg Lupfer yelled two offensive "f-words" at Washington State quarterback Connor Halliday -- one of which is a derogatory term for homosexuals.

WSU was beating CSU 21-7 at the Gildan New Mexico Bowl and Halliday was celebrating when Lupfer made the comment.

"I am truly sorry for what I said. It was wrong and those words do not represent who I am and what I believe in," Lupfer tweeted from @CSUFootball. "I apologize for the embarrassment I caused for Colorado State University, this team & my family."

The Rams turned it around in the 4th quarter, and beat the Cougars 48-45 on Saturday afternoon.
