COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Although this Air Force sergeant is currently deployed in Iraq, if you’re on this Colorado Springs family’s Christmas card list, you’ll see the family wishing you a Merry Christmas together.

Ashley Sistrunk came up with a creative way to include her husband Brandon in a festive family photo. She Photoshopped a photo of her husband holding a sign that said “Merry” together with a photo of the rest of family and a sign saying “Christmas.”

The photo (and the couple’s lips) sync up perfectly. Ashley told ABC News that she had her mom take the photo of the family in Colorado Springs and Brandon’s buddy shot multiple shots of him in Iraq.

She told ABC News that her young children -- Riley, 9, Landon, 7, Macie, 5, and Nora, 7 months -- are having a difficult time with their daddy being away for the holidays.

Brandon has been deployed for five months and is expected to be home at the end of January.
