Colorado Springs stabbing victim arrested after refusing to cooperate with police

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A Colorado Springs stabbing victim and one other person were arrested when they refused to cooperate with police.

Colorado Springs police responded to reports of a disturbance at 3310 Verde Drive around 10:20 p.m. Thursday. Officers found two people at the scene, one of whom had several stab wounds, cuts on his torso and injuries on his face and head.

The stabbing victim began walking away from the officers and refused to obey orders.

The other person, who police said was not involved in the assault, also refused to comply during a pat down.

Both people, Raymond Price and Carlton Stuckey, were arrested and cited for obstructing a peace officer.
