COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -
Authorities said a Colorado Springs man was accidentally shot as he was showing his wife how to safely handle a firearm.
The Gazette reported Jacob Cherry was cleaning his handguns Friday night and was shot as he was showing his wife how to handle the weapon. Police said Cherry was hospitalized in good condition after the bullet hit him in the left hand and left leg.
No charges have been filed.
