COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - A body found in Colorado Springs has been identified as 48-year-old Timothy Jordan, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department. An autopsy revealed the cause of death to be homicide by multiple stab wounds.
An anonymous citizen notified police after finding the body at 10:52 a.m. Monday beneath the overpass at I-25 and Cimarron in Colorado Springs.
Investigators arrived at the scene to find the body of an adult male. After several hours of processing by investigators, the coroner removed the body from the scene.
After performing an autopsy, the coroner identified the body Tuesday as that of Jordan and ruled the cause of death a homicide by stabbing.
